Construction Bid Awarded to the Boldt Company

On Monday, March 15, the construction of the new Municipal Services Facility was awarded to Oscar J. Boldt Construction for $4,394,000. Construction is expected to begin in early April. Completion of the various buildings will occur through the summer, however final completion of the main building should occur in February of 2011.
