Dimension IV, the Village of Suamico's architect for the Municipal Services Building Project, has been providing the Village of Suamico with brief regular updates regarding the project over the course of the past month. Construction Bid Awarded to the Boldt Company
On Monday, March 15, the construction of the new Municipal Services Facility was awarded to Oscar J. Boldt Construction for $4,394,000. Construction is expected to begin in early April. Completion of the various buildings will occur through the summer, however final completion of the main building should occur in February of 2011. More information will be posted as it becomes available.

March 1 Village Board Meeting Rescheduled
Due to circumstances beyond our control regarding posting of the Village Board agendas, tonight's Village Board meetings have been cancelled. All items on tonight's agenda, including the bid award will be rescheduled for March 15.
